Compatibilidad entre nuevos plaguicidas químicos sistémicos y el hongo micorrizógeno glomus Intraradices schenk y smith

Abstract
Arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AMF) improve plants nutrition. However, the effect of new pesticides on agro-ecosystems is still unknown. Currently crops protection is done generally by chemical methods applied over seeds. Thus, the percent of mycorrhizal colonisation, visual density and the estimation of mycelium micomass endophytic to roots were determined, in order to find whether existence of inhibitory effect remains over symbiosis of Glomus intraradices at corn seeds enfolded with four systemic pesticides. Combination of fungicide and insecticide (neonicotinoide + triazol + fenilpirrol) enhance an upper mycorrhizal colonisation recording 62.62 %. Under such conditions, recommended doses have total compatibility between G. intraradices and molecules used in this assay. Film coating of corn seeds can be suggested at integrated pest’s control management, as well.
