Abstract
A working group named Means of Application was created before INISAV foundation and became a laboratory after the installation of Institute. A new work approach was assumed in the 90s and systematization of theoretical and practical knowledge was promoted since year 2000, and conducted research-development projects in adoption and innovation, and in the direction of further progress in technological process, towards implementing ecological selectivity, greater conservation of natural enemies to ensure application compatibility of plant protection products with Pests Management for different production systems, including ecological agriculture production. This article refers, in brief summary, three working phases since 1975, and explains different activities and working relationships with other institutions and the productive sector.
