Reproducción de dos cepas nativas del hongo entomopatógeno paecilomyces fumosoroseus (wize) brown & smith, sobre diferentes soportes líquidos y sólidos

Abstract
There are economic important crops in our country affected by different pests, being Bemisia tabaci one of them. That is why this work was made with the objective of evaluate reproduction possibility of Pz-5 and LBPf-4 strain of entomopathogenous fungus Paecilomyces fumosoroseus on different substrates by liquid and solid way, analysing its quality control. Results showed possibility to use cabecilla de arroz as better solid support for propagation of this microorganism, where are reached concentrations of 8-9 x 108 con/g.e. Combination of leavening torula at 1% and molasses at 2% has been superior and significantly different to other medium assayed, reaching a title of 108 spores/mL.
