Abstract

Chemical pesticides are used by the man for the fight of plagues, risks and weeds that affect the agricultural crops. The synthesis of these compounds have big benefits and advantages, but their use has some difficulties and inconveniences, such as polluting the environment. In the last years a deterioration of the quality of the water has been observed. They are numerous causes of the contamination of the waters for pesticides, some are inherent to the use of these compounds and others for a wrong manipulation and negligences. The pesticides presence in this mean can affect the different forms of aquatic life. The residues of pesticides water are determinate using technical of gas cromatography (GC-ECD, GC-NPD and GC-MS) and HPLC.
