Aplicación de inoculantes micorrizógenos en posturas de patrón naranjo agrio (Citrus aurantium)
Main Article Content
Abstract
Most of the areas with citric crops in Cuba have more than 30 years of exploitation. To guarantee its productions are needed at least two billions of plantlets once a year, thus, it becomes a challenge which can not be overdue. Optimized productions of plantlets at orangery with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (HMA) can be a reliable and cheap choice. Despite previous and encouraging results, next to the availability of two kinds of inoculants, the extensive and application of AMF at such crops, do not go forward than perspiration. This experiment aims to compare the effect of a pair of inoculums, a monotypic and other polytypic, when they where applied at Citrus aurantium (L), rootstock C35. To accomplish such goal has been determined the percent of net increment (% IN) from some key variables indicators of vegetative growth, such as foliar area (AF), leaves dry weight (PSH), and roots (PSR), stem’s length (LT) and main root len- gth (LRP), beside chlorophyll concentration (Clorof). Furthermore, were calculated percent of mycorrhizal colonization (% CM) and its density (% DV) inside plantlets roots inoculated towards find comparison with non inoculated plantlets. As results, both inoculums increase all the vegetative variables measured, but Clorof. % DV was the unique fungal variable to have a significant change, with values of 1.78 and 0.44 for monotypic and polytypic, respectively. Results shown here point out that mixture of Glomus spp. used at polytypic inoculum performs is less efficient for symbiosis than monotypic (G. cubense) independently.
